La Bastiglia Restaurant is mentioned among the main food and wine guides including the Michelin. For many years serves expertly revisited Territory Menu, where the typical products of each season are the real stars of varied dishes. Also in March, our customers it will be offered a new and modern style of Sushi,- see the menu - created using the highest quality products worked with japanese techniques, thanks to the expert craftsmanship of ouor Sushiman. Our Sushi suffers contamination with other ethnic cuisines, such as the tempura maki, typical of South America, or sashimi, alonh with fleur de salt and olive oil, symbols of our Mediterranean cuisine. The restaurant was completely renovated in April 2011, can accommodate events and ceremonies until ninety-five people. In the cellar there are labels sought, discovered and selected by leading experts, domestic and foreign wines and spirits for a remarkable collection.
