Fish is daily fresh worked.
Meats are originate from umbrian breeders and are chosen for their uniqueness.
Legumes come from Spello, Colfiorito, trasimeno Lake and Martani Mountains.
Vegetables are in in the most part of local cultivations.
Oil from the olives of the hill around us.
Herbs and spices are seasonal and are collected from local fields.
Bread fresh pasta and desserts leaven in the kitchen at La Bastiglia.
The wine deserves a particular speech.
All the rest... is acquired choosing the best products and the best quality by using a careful selection for national products.
Upon request, we can propose menu for food allergy and food intollerance people.
Guests at the hotel with half Board or Romantic package can choose between two proposal for the restaurant's menu: Sushi or Territory.
